
On Wednesday, September 27th, we invite patrons and business owners to line Main Street at 8:20 a.m. to help celebrate our Cheer Team's class 3A State Championship. Our students and staff will celebrate at school. We are very proud of our girls and Coach Lori Karpe and Coach Brooke Inman.

Homecoming festivities will begin tomorrow, September 22nd, at 1:45 with a parade at the school. Homecoming will begin at 6:20 p.m. at Burford Field and kickoff will be at 7:00 p.m.

Due to field maintenance the time for today's softball game will begin at 2:00-Lindsay will play immediately after the first game around 3:30-4:00.

High School Softball Regionals will begin today, September 20th, at Lindsay. The OSSAA will not be accepting cash at the gate, please buy your tickets online at

To further develop our school security system, please note the following rules for home football games. Please keep in mind that we are doing our best to protect our students, faculty, and patrons! I trust you will do your part to help! Remember, if you see something, say something! It takes a community! I really am sorry that we have gotten to the point to have to take such measures!
1. No outside food or drinks.
2. No backpacks.
3. Students that leave the game will not be allowed back in.
4. Students 5th grade and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
5. No footballs or other sports balls.
6. Students should be seated in the stands unless going to the restroom or concession. Our students are not allowed on the visitors' side.
7. No knives or weapons of any kind.
8. A heavy police presence will be at every game.
9. Administrators will be armed at every game.
10. Most important: We need ALL of you to help ensure the safety of our people! If you see something, say something to a police officer, resource officer, or administrator.

Lindsay Schools will be selling used chrome books TOMORROW, Saturday, July 22 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. for $25.00. Please come to the exterior door on the Northwest corner of the high school building labeled ART to purchase a chrome book. Please bring exact cash or check made payable to Lindsay Schools.

Family Cultural Night
The spring Family Cultural Night will be tomorrow night, May 2, 2023. It will be set up in the Doyle Greteman Media Center lobby by the elementary computer lab.
Make and take crafts will be from 5pm - 7:30pm.

Everyone is so excited about the boys qualifying for the state basketball tournament! Many of our staff and students have supported our team all year and want to continue. Unfortunately, we play at 9am Thursday. I have decided to cancel school Thursday to allow everyone to attend! See you at the ballgame!

Saturday, February 18th, Lindsay will host Kingston in the Leopard Arena for District Playoffs. The girls will tip-off at 6pm with the boys to follow at 730pm. Tickets will be available for purchase on gofan.co for $8.35 a piece OR $10 at the gate.

We would like to send out a reminder that we will not be accepting any deliveries at Lindsay Schools tomorrow, February 14th. Thank you for your understanding.

There will be no saving seats at any Lindsay basketball games. If you have already placed items in seats today those items can be picked up at the concession stand tonight. Seating at basketball games is first come first serve. Thank you.

Lindsay patrons, this whole school closing thing has become a guessing game that has proven I am not very good at! As of this time, we will have school tomorrow. However, I will be up early checking travel conditions and will only make an announcement if school closure becomes necessary.

Lindsay Public Schools will be closed Wednesday, February 1st.

Lindsay Public Schools will let out early today. Elementary Car line will begin at 11:45 buses will leave at 12:00. Middle and High School will be let out at 11:25 at their regular lunch hour. We will not have school Tuesday January 31st.
